Product Name: Custom Epoxy Mold
Service Type: Mold Design & Fabrication (In-House Use Only)
Applications: Used for manufacturing 100% prepreg carbon fiber products, such as custom parts, panels, or structural components.
1. Project Overview
We provide high-precision and durable custom epoxy mold fabrication specifically for carbon fiber product manufacturing.
Each mold is designed and produced in-house using premium epoxy resin and professional craftsmanship to ensure excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
This mold will be kept and used exclusively in our factory for the production of your carbon fiber parts.
It will not be shipped or delivered to the customer, as it remains part of our internal production equipment.

3. Production Process
1️⃣ Review and confirm customer’s design or sample part
2️⃣ Fabricate the epoxy mold in-house
3️⃣ Conduct surface finishing and quality inspection
4️⃣ Use the mold for carbon fiber layup and curing
5️⃣ Final trimming, inspection, and packaging of finished parts
4. Production Lead Time
Once the design and details are confirmed, mold fabrication requires approximately 2 weeks (14 days).
After completion, production of the carbon fiber products will begin immediately using this mold.
5. Mold Lifespan
Each epoxy mold can be used to produce approximately 20–25 sets of carbon fiber products, depending on part complexity, curing temperature, and production conditions.
After the mold reaches its lifespan, a new mold or refurbishment may be required for continued production.
6. Important Note
The epoxy mold will remain permanently in our factory and will be used solely for manufacturing the customer’s carbon fiber products.
The customer will receive only the finished carbon fiber items, not the mold itself.
This ensures mold safety, consistent product quality, and convenient repeat production for future orders.
